Dongo delivers orders from local shops to your address using a rider, or lets you collect from the shop where pickup is offered. Delivery is available in supported areas. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from the distance between the shop and your address and the vehicle required for your items, and is always shown before you pay.
Delivery times
Express orders are dispatched as soon as the shop prepares them. Scheduled orders are delivered around the time slot you choose. Actual times depend on shop preparation and rider availability.
