Using Dongo
By creating an account or using Dongo, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you report unauthorised access promptly.
Orders and availability
Products are supplied by the vendor shown on the listing. Prices, stock and delivery availability are confirmed during checkout. An order is accepted when Dongo confirms it after payment or another supported checkout method succeeds.
Payments, delivery and returns
The total shown at checkout may include product prices, delivery charges and applicable fees. Delivery estimates can change because of shop preparation, traffic, weather or rider availability. Returns and refunds are handled under the return information shown for the order and applicable Kenyan law.
Safe and fair use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, submit false information, commit fraud, threaten another user, or use Dongo to trade prohibited goods. Dongo may restrict or close accounts where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or investigate misuse.
Changes and contact
