Express vs Scheduled delivery: which to choose
Choose Express delivery when you want your order as soon as possible, and Scheduled delivery when you want it to arrive at a specific later time that suits you.

Dongo offers two ways to receive an order. Express delivery dispatches a rider as soon as the shop has prepared your items, so you get your order in the shortest time available. Scheduled delivery lets you pick a future time window, and Dongo starts the delivery so it arrives around then.
When to choose Express
Choose Express when you need your items quickly — for example groceries, a forgotten essential, or anything time-sensitive. A rider is matched as soon as the order is ready.
When to choose Scheduled
Choose Scheduled when a later time is more convenient — for example a delivery for when you are home from work. You pick the slot at checkout and can plan around it.
