Dongo connects you with trusted local shops and delivers their products to your door using a rider in supported areas of Kenya. You place an order online, pay securely, the shop prepares your items, and a rider collects and delivers them to the address you choose — with live tracking along the way.
Step by step
Delivery on Dongo follows the same predictable steps for every order:
- Add products from one or more shops to your cart.
- Enter your delivery address (or choose pickup where a shop offers it).
- Pay with M-Pesa, card, or another supported method at checkout.
- The shop confirms and prepares your order.
- A rider collects the order and delivers it to you.
- Track the rider live and confirm receipt with your delivery code.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the distance between the shop and your delivery address and the vehicle needed for your items. You always see the fee before you pay — there are no hidden charges added afterwards.
