How to track your Dongo order
Track your Dongo order from your account under Orders. Once a rider is assigned you can follow their live location on a map and see the estimated arrival time.

You can track any Dongo order from the Orders section of your account. After the shop prepares your order and a rider is assigned, the order page shows the rider's live location on a map, the estimated arrival time, and the current stage of delivery.
Delivery confirmation code
Every delivery has a confirmation code shown on your order screen. Give this code to the rider on arrival so the delivery can be completed — this protects you against a parcel being marked delivered before you actually receive it.
